I think that the chance to block is much to high. I am a bh with max smoke. Once i have smoked them they have 10-30 dex and they are still blocking 2+ times in the same match

Shadow arts is the big problem as far as blocking. It needs to be changed to either a completely different skill, or something that gives a small chance to not be blocked, or a chance to deflect, as well as a small chance to block. 10% more blocking on max is too much.

Shadow arts is legit OP in some situations then USELESS in others it NEEDS a change.

In most cases, BH are the ones blocking more than the normal people. You block more than the other Classes since you have Shadow Arts and Smoke Screen.

How many times do you block?
Yes, I agree that the chance to block is too high, but when you're the other person who's getting Smoked, should the block chance really be lowered?

 Lol, a person with half a brain would use ranged attacks on a BH. SA is fine right now.

 lol a celtic cleaver would only decrease the block chance to like 44%. Also blocks increase your rage significantly. Try using a ranged attack when you have rage.
