"Nerf" of Dex and Tech builds wasn't really a nerf, I rather seen it as a nice buff back when I was a TM because I could use Bolt + SC combo, and SC gave back HP which was great with Tech abuse. quote:

And 10% chance to block a blockable attack. Right. Use unblockable and they won't have much use from SA. And btw, you have DA that always gives you bonus damage if you use the Gun. And Blood Shield costs no EP to use? You forgot HP cost instead. No, Frenzy won't get HP back as easily because you can block it and it costs EP. Also it lasts 5 turns and is capped on Resistance given, so it's not all that effective. quote:

If Assimilation ends up better than pre-buff then it's still a buff. Stop with the bias because it won't help. You are a TM hence why you say it shouldn't be nerfed. Think how it affects other classes. And you're giving Strength builds EP regen that drains enemy's EP, gives it ALL back to you and deals damage. With very high HP, max Reroute, high/max Heal and Bludgeon (and DA if you can do it well), you can create high damage build that can be dangerous by destroying classes that use Energy (not rely completely) and deal very high damage. With high HP, you can forgoe defence and max Heal will get it back. And FYI, I'm not being biased myself only because I'm a BM and don't have EP regen. I was TM since Beta until late November of 2012, so it was for quite a while. I know how to use a TM, I knew how to use old Assimilation effectively and I know that the buff was overshot by far. Tech -> Dex change on skills was hardly a nerf, only made it a bit harder to abuse at the time but it was just as good. You forgot that BMs shared the same skills and had Tech for their skills as well, which wasn't working out as good. Dat bias.
