With the nerf I understand making it a 1 time use, but why take the damage down to 130%?

It should be taken back to 140% with the 1 time use.

140% was just fine, the only problem was continual usage, right?

Not to be a mini mod, but this belongs in the Q&A section

Otherwise, I still think the high dmg is OPed. It should have a decreased amount of damage with repeatable use.
