All other classes have an energy affecting move but giving Blood mage one with all the other passives would be overkill so why not change blood lust with one of these.
It also makes Blood mage more of a unique class.

Idea 1

Drain core concept

Energy Required: 0 (Passive)

Health regained when attacking:

Level 1: 5.5%
Level 2: 6.5%
Level 3: 7.5%
Level 4: 8.5%
Level 5: 9.5%
Level 6: 10.5%
Level 7: 11%
Level 8: 11.5%
Level 9: 12%
Level 10: 12.5%

Energy gained when attacked:

Level 1: 6%
Level 2: 7.5%
Level 3: 9%
Level 4: 10.5%
Level 5: 11.5%
Level 6: 12.5%
Level 7: 13.5%
Level 8: 14%
Level 9: 14.5%
Level 10: 15%

Weapon Required: None
Stat: 16 Technology (+2 per level)
Level Required: 2
Improves With: None
Warm Up: 0
Cool Down: 0

This idea was a hybrid of blood lust and reroute giving both health and energy however to prevent the move being overpowered the returns have been cut in half.

Idea 2

Static Charge: Adds a percentage of your damage done to an opponent to your energy or heath and switches between its passive functions see below.
Energy Required: 0 (passive/active)
(starts match in heath drain function)

Heath drain function

Heath drain function (active part):

Level 1: 11% Dmg to health and change to energy drain function
Level 2: 17% Dmg to health and change to energy drain function
Level 3: 15% Dmg to health and change to energy drain function
Level 4: 17% Dmg to health and change to energy drain function
Level 5: 19% Dmg to health and change to energy drain function
Level 6: 21% Dmg to health and change to energy drain function
Level 7: 22% Dmg to health and change to energy drain function
Level 8: 23% Dmg to health and change to energy drain function
Level 9: 24% Dmg to health and change to energy drain function
Level 10: 25% Dmg to heath and change to energy drain function

Heath drain function (passive part):

Adds to your health a percentage of all damage you inflict.

Level 1: 11%
Level 2: 13%
Level 3: 15%
Level 4: 17%
Level 5: 19%
Level 6: 21%
Level 7: 22%
Level 8: 23%
Level 9: 24%
Level 10: 25%

Energy drain function

Energy drain function (active part):

Level 1: 12% Dmg to energy and change to heath drain function
Level 2: 15% Dmg to energy and change to heath drain function
Level 3: 18% Dmg to energy and change to heath drain function
Level 4: 21% Dmg to energy and change to heath drain function
Level 5: 23% Dmg to energy and change to heath drain function
Level 6: 25% Dmg to energy and change to heath drain function
Level 7: 27% Dmg to energy and change to heath drain function
Level 8: 28% Dmg to energy and change to heath drain function
Level 9: 29% Dmg to energy and change to heath drain function
Level 10: 30% Dmg to energy and change to heath drain function

Passively converts a percent of all damage received to energy

Stat Required: 16 Technology at level 1 (+2 per level)

This is a more creative idea that i got from looking at the skills static charge, blood lust and reroute.
The idea is so that the player can choose to change between energy and health passives during the battle to suite there fighting style.
They would change the type of the passive effects by choosing it like an attack and it would do basic strike damage like static charge to calculate the damage caused.
