You have a box it the settings tab where it says

What words would you like to block?

turn [on] or [off]

Words:

e.g.

Noob
F**
Gimp
Fat
Skinny
f4f
Fame me


In- game:

Noob *blocked*
Hey, why wont it let me say | 'Noob'? [''] *Blocked*

Whatever you chose to be blocked via your "block box" will appear with * in-game

It would be hilarious to replace any sentence that had with the word noob in it to "im a noob" just for laughs.
