Okay, I've noticed a trend in the Herosmash And Oversoul Fourms. The nature of those games (One being a superhero game, the other being a game where you possess others) it led to some casual RPing aspects in certain threads. Now in some cases (like the Herosmash one) a lot of good tales came out of it, and in the end it was the only thing keeping the HS fourm from falling apart.

So, in some cases I would suggest a Casual RP thread or maybe even fourm in those areas regarding casual RP where people can act out as characters. If such is implemented, it would allow for a creative outlet and stories, and would prevent other topics in that fourm from going off topic.

And yes, I am aware that there is a RP fourm, but

1: Many are not and thus putting casual RP in their respective fourms would make them aware
2:it would boost activity in fourms with little of such (Herosmash and MQ fourms for examplle), and
3: the RP fourm does not allow for a more casual RP style due to the many rules and regulations that mean only more hardcore RP's go on there, and none regarding AE games anyway.

I am totally and wholeheartedly with you on this.

For forumites who like to RP but can't do so here because of the nature of our RPing Boards, there needs to be a Casual Role-Playing Board where they can show off tidbits of their creativity without much hassle.

Also, non-RPing forumites who find it difficult to write more than 2 lines of RP posts can definitely one-line or use these boards for miniposts and such.

Let's see what the staff thinks.^^

We have a forum Role Play board. It is there for a reason. There is no need to create casual RPing in the game boards. The sheer amount of AKing that would require to even keep it decently intact would be a terrible burden for the staff already in those forums. We have a RP board, with RP AKs, so that all RP administration and moderation can be done in one place. The RP board is one of many forums keeps NON-GAME related traffic outside of the game related forums. Game boards = game related discussion.

And no, RP AKs will not be given access to forums that are not theirs to accommodate. If you want to RP, you will use the RP board. Very very light RP is allowed in war threads, and such. But not the casual RPing you are wanting.
