It is easier for them to nerf a stat than it is to buff one. I remember them saying that in the past. It is why they choose nerfing over buffing.

but which one is really better?

nerfs being easier does nothing if it doesn't solve the problems.
and before they focus on specific builds, they should try balancing the stats first.

All bots should just get a nerf of 5 damage
All auxes however, I feel like they should get like 1-2 more damage. They're not that effective as they are since it's only 3 more damage compared to a sword at lvl 35 making str a more efficient build.

actually it is not true on all cases, some people find it hard to gain weight while easier to lose weight, it all depends on your physiology.

They will most likely do it next week or as rabble promised buff some of the other moves to make other builds more usable. Also it helps the developers if you actually come out with an idea on how to attack what you think is the problem rather then complain without a solution.
