I really like your character design but it seems to me

That's its very similar to frost queen legendary
Except a guy riding a beetle instead of a lady riding a spider

Yup; according to Warlic we got 2 new characters.
And as you can see, Asuka's confirmed Monk's existence.

No news about Weteye yet :)

It's not the most unique idea ever, I know, but a Cosoma-riding gentleman amuses me :)

Maybe Monk is on a mountain somewhere? That's what Avatar the Last Airbender taught me.

I agree with Beck that checking the mountains usually would keep monks since they meditate in secluded areas and the mountains are an ideal place. Wet eye could be at the south maps at the lake or the cave.

I'm checking the southern lake by the Grotto entrance. No luck yet.

As long as the Monk isn't another PvE Button exclusive character I don't really care where he is! Let's find him.

The attack and defense cards for Weteye on the wiki state they are shadow? I think they mean to put water.
