tech mage=unblockable energy restore since block=15% dmg still
cyber hunter=unblockable energy restore move since block=15% dmg still
so since atomic smash is energy take and no dmg wouldnt that be blocked? or 15% energy taken?
so something needs to be done. These 3moves should all remain blockable.

 Wrong. Assimilation's effect does NOT stack with blocks, so damage goes through but the EP drain does not. Already confirmed it with Rabble earlier:

If the attack itself is blocked, the effect is NOT applied. Effects work on attack that connects.

that doesn't answer atom smasher and Static.

i can see why the players are going into panic mode, devs aren't giving any details regarding this.

 If it connects, it works as it should. If blocked, 15% of damage goes through and EP is not regained. Effects only work upon an attack that connects, not when it's blocked.

It's not hard to think. Blocks work as they did. They don't reduce the damage by 100% (all) but 85%. Apart from that, nothing was changed. Atom when blocked is.. blocked. It's an effect, not damaging skill.

Even there are bugs relating to this, this should still apply to Atom Smasher. It costs energy, and if it fails, then what did your sacrifice go to? Nothing? OK.

Assimilation, no, the fix should encompass Assimilation, the skill costs no energy at all.

Assimilation effect was unblockable for me.
damage was blocked but the effect still worked.
