We should be able to lower our own base health and mana. Simple as that.

Agreed, the energy is simply way too much for certain types of builds.

i disagree because of energy draining Skills such as EMP its nice to have the Eng to lose. then again i have reroute and it makes the Eng. even more better. but still i Dis-Agree.
