Awesome. This feels like real-life Yu-Gi-Oh, but at a lower cost and less cheating. Can't wait for the packs to release.

@combat i don't now what vicious means but i think you are meaning i need to calm down i am sorry for what i said i was really hoping for this release and then all evo's are sg that's just sad because i can't buy them

 I don't want to step in and have to start smacking people around but you can't always get what you want. There will be more releases like this in the future just as there will be more releases in the future that are like the F2P Beast release. There will be releases benefiting paying players and free players. This cannot be avoided. The current numbers are quite satisfying. Almost 75% of the monsters in the game are F2P and that is better than most games you'll see outside of AE.

Well I can't exactly check, but I'm not sure if Templar also costs more SGs or if it's like Father Time, where once you paid for the Master form you're good.
Anyone have a level 20 Light Guardian they want to check?

to get light guardian it costs 4SG, to get Templar it costs 6SG making a total of 10SG to get a VERY strong light Legendary character

They're plenty of strong free characters so whatevers. I would like a higher catch rate but again, it's whatevers.

Nice. I just need a couple more levels on my Sword Maiden to get an Arcane Ranger, then convert my Peasant to a Sword Maiden to work toward an Ice Matron. NOW I'm excited about the release.

Unless those upgrades cost SGs. Then I take it back.

Okay, you have a point there and I will drop the topic of character osts since what you say is true. But what worries ME more then the characters, and i feel this is a ligitimate worry, is the upcoming card prices that were shown in the DN. Yes there is a Gold Option, but 5 Sg's for a card set... I can see people blowing all their SG on cards that may not even be good.

 @Mega And that's different than real life card games how? I see people buying packs of cards all the time for much more than 5 SG equivalent for a much smaller chance to get something as useful. Getting Retribution in a pack would be like getting an Ultra rare card in real life but you're going to have a much better chance of that happening here than real life. Also, those numbers are most likely placeholders that can and probably will be changed based on feedback from the playerbase but the SG price is absolutely fine by me.

Templar has a 15 card deck, 3 holy strikes, 2 greater heals, 2 retributions, 2 shields, 1 might, 1 blessed, and the rest 500 damage cards. its worth the 10 SGs to get imo lol

So only Greater Heal? Now it's kinda hard to say if FC is better as Templar got more dmg cards but FC got heal...

Stuff I want from this release: Overfiend Blade, Templar. I'll catch the rest that are possessable but unless shown otherwise I'm not evolving anything more.

Erg frustrating

How is fiend blades animations? Should I save up to get him I'm currently at 72k
Are they all possessable in the wild ?

 Never getting my gold Nully. }:3 I'll hunt down ALL the characters before I spend any gold on them. SGs are a different story though.

ND mallet: Oh, I'm not complaining, just voicing my opnion on the matter. I mean, like you said it will probably be altered based on community opnion, so I should make my voice heard on the matter which I have done. In the end, my final opnion on the matter will likely rest with how many Cards you get from a deck. With that i think i will drop it.
