Seriously its energy cost needs a decrease by 6 and a base damage increase by 4.

ZERO. No one use it now. 0.

same with overload NOT SUPPORTED this would make the skill OP.
Have you tried using this skill in lower lvls i bet it is useful there...
Since it has such a high luck factor NO!

I find the last statement to be invaild. I use it with my cyber hunter plus I see people use it when i challenge them with not only my alts but my main as well.
