To me, frost shards seems really overpowered. It's pretty much an unblockable energy damage version of frostbite, except it can be bought on any primary with any kind of currency at any time. Before, frostbite was already a pretty strong core because of its ability to deal normal strike damage and reduce a fairly decent amount of energy. In order to nerf frost shards a little, I propose that it takes away 3 EP per turn for 3 turns instead of 5. Anyone's thoughts on this?
