I don't know how to take the whole "pack of cards" thing, it's what I thought it was gonna be from the begining really. Now they just have to see in a good price and honestly anything 10k and up is a tad redicoulis considering gold takes AGES to farm. And if it is a stupid high price for the card packs it's just going to re-enforce the whole pay to win aspect of the game as it is.

If not balanced correctly it will basicly be saying "pay a crap ton of SGs to get gold boosts and XP boosts so you can get proper gold amounts for your fights." Once again it's a bit stupid that a level 20 fight can give such a piddly bit of gold "here have this little 23 gold this guy was carrying." "Thanks this will completely cover about NOTHING!"

I could be wrong, but TheSage said something about fixing the gold ratio so with that it would help fix balance on the pay to win aspect. Remember, SGs are shortcuts so I accepted the Xboosts the way they are and not a lot of people including myself have the time to level our characters so the Xboosts were optional means to level fast and help farm for gold.

Remember we are still in Beta so giving the time and patience to the developers, they can fix anything if enough people voice out their opinion. Nothing in this game is pay-to-win, only shortcuts. SGs are the ways to help gain money to support the game and without it, again OS wouldn't have been able to have stable servers.

Wow... levelled monk up to dire monk, and haven't had a single successful possession for fiend blade

On another note, its great to see frost queen (or w.e her name is) is going to be capture-able :D

FQ will become my ice main and I wonder how in the world will her Legendary fit on the battle screen because I'm seeing the spider obscuring the queen in her glory, but I'm hoping she won't lag like how Darkon lags.

Agreed, and Nulgath still hasn't really fixed DD since he lags like no tomorrow which is a shame because he is a really awesome character that I would have loved to use during the tourney.

Darkon Drago.

I might tweet Nulgath about scaling the glowing properties, details, and size to see if that will fix some of the lag with Drago. Those additions with Darkon could be causing the issues with lag with the character.

You know, I've put some thought into the matter: While I think 30000 gold is too much for a Booster Pack, I now no longer think 5 SG is too much for a higher chance. WIth only 12 kinds of cards in a entire set, a higher chance of getting the rare ones when you get 5 cards for said SG makes it practicly garenteed you will bget at least one powerfull card. If someone could do the math I would be gratefull.

You got templar.. I got tharr. More than 80% of the game has chosen templar now I am ranking my squire upto LG.

One of the reasons I got Tharr as well, I didn't want to be like everyone else.

Tharr is actually my fav character now.

But hey, Tharr is very powerful! A number of players also select Tharr.

I also love Tharr! He is another neutral powerhouse alongside Orc Chieftain, Thrak, Dire Monk and Monk. But I go with Templar first since my LG is higher level than my Sword Warrior.

Abberant still wins over the new characters because I see no one using him proficiently except me.

No one seems to like Void Incarnate[male], I guess I'll get dibs on him as well.
Truthfully Orc Chieftan is a lot stronger than Tharr both in power and defense so I'm sticking with Chieftan.

I can't believe you think the same as me.. However, my founder knight will have to wait, getting tharr AND templar is different than getting only tharr or templar.

Its amusing that both Templar and Tharr's name start with T and end with R.

Edit: Not to mention both of them are minions of Nulgath and Revontheus or was before in AQW.

Geez, Nulgath has a lot of minions on all sides of the spectrum in terms of the elemental. My guess is that he hasn't reached his hand towards Chaos yet.
