How to stop spam which could give us less lag.

1. If we repeat the same thing twice, the game could tell us ''You've repeated this in your last message''

2. There should be a gap on how fast we talk. So if we spoke really fast the game could say ''Please wait to talk again after x seconds''

3. Some of us use cap locks in-game which annoys some people. If we use cap locks too much, the game could say ''Please use lowercase letters''

Yeah I had this in a pervious game, if you spammed the chat it would block you after a well saying "Please do not flood the chat"
As for the suggestion I like it. Not a big change and good for people who spam insult you which I find exceedingly annoying.
