What if ED let you sell an item back for 70% of what you bought it for? However, this rate would only apply
within an hour of buying it, after that, it goes back to the normal sellback rate.

 yes, sometimes i buy a wrong item, and the game more drop more rusted weapons

Rusted Items don't drop anymore. I may have misunderstood what you said though.
