Capitalized names don't make a difference other than what people actually see on the forums. Other than that, you can log in to the forums without those capital letters since the username field is non case sensitive. (ie. you could login as "little rascal")

The forum is not case sensitive with names: for example, it considers Seahawk, seahawk, SeAhAwK and SEAHAWK to all be the same... the only difference is what is actually displayed when you post. If you ask me to fix the capitalization on your name, I don't count it as a name change because I realize that our forum doesn't have a function to let you change your displayed name like many other forums do (which is what allows you to set your own capitalization). But again, if someone starts writing to me twice a month asking me to fix their capitalization, I will end up telling them to make a choice and stick with it.
So you can request a name change to modify capitalization, without that 'counting' as the one name change you are allotted.
