Just make the level range 
rounded[75% of your level +-2]

20's face 13-17
25's face 16-20
35's face 25-29

lv33-35 esp. lv35 juggs need a buff
I used an alt lv20 tlm and i won 100% battles out of 20
Then I used a lv35 and I got 65% battles won out of 20
Either give boost to 35 in jugg or nerf power of lower lv jugg
Disrupts lb and is unfair

youre forgetting that 34 has a miniscule advantage over you, and same with 33. just cause you're 35, you do not get extra privileges.

If your winning 65% of jugg's you should be happy,
because your spos to be winning 50% of them ( or 60% considering the downs people )

 I dont think that any lvl 35 enjoys 2v2 and jugg if he likes to have high ratio, when in 1v1 you can get +80% with evry class, in 2v2 and juggs you dont get to 70%.I dont think there s any solution for 2v2 (already ruined from arzels and bad playng partners) but i still think there s a way for juggs lowering the lvl of ur opponents and with the battle not counting as a 2v2 loss for the players on jugg s counterside.
