That is a flawed argument. The others might be more cost efficient, but they take more rounds to actually use. All of the ones you mentioned can be counter played by drawing new cards and hoping for something defensive. Retribution on the other hand offers no counter play except use what you have on your hand as you don't have time to draw new cards.

@Combat: Yeah lol, they do.

Well I'm off to find Thrak. You guys know where is a good spot? I don't think the one on the wiki is good since all I find is Orc Warriors.

@below: Congrats!

So does anyone know if the new characters spawn more at the mountains in the middle(central map) or the north mountains(still central map)?

On Blud Nait:
The story is too deus-ex, and too good-based.

Also this tendency everyone want "pure demon", "pure dragon" and "pure dark elf" is not a clever direction to choose.

On the drawing: maybe a little too young and innocent the character is for OS's higher audience. This is not AQW.

---------

PS: I luv OS more then AQ what I played before. There the fights were weapon + support spell casted infinite, while here you always choose from various number of "weapons" (cards) at every turn.

@Hakunin: She isn't a pure demon, I mentioned she's a descendant, not one :P
About innocent and young appearance, human demons doesn't age as human does, but they are mature enough. Also appearance lies, she looks young but in moments of death or hatred she unleashes her demon form. (coming soon)
Also many characters have young appearance in-game so the higher-audience comment isn't that good.

It doesn't matter how your demon ages. What matters is how it looks compared to look of the whole game. And your drawing is AQW-like, not OS-like.
If you want a young-looking character that's fine, but make it like the other young chars in OS. Harsher, more decided face; no dreamwalking smile but evil grin; determination; a slight hint of eroticism - that's what makes OS.

#2: a descendant of pure demon is a pure demon itself. But it doesn't matter rly. The "pure demon" thing is so cliché, and so typically powergamer thingy, it is not a good idea to start it, especially with CCC around. Anyone looking that will likely skip your whole thing thinking lack of imagination.

#3 transformation during a battle will probably never happen. (maybe as animation, but otherwise no)

-------

But this is just friendly advice, take it or leave it.

@kise2: Thanks for answering me. I seem to be getting ignored more often nowadays

Just to be sure, is that Skexis Mountain?

@Hakunin:
quote:

There is no standard character model in Oversoul. Which means almost any kind of character you can think of can be played in Oversoul as long as they aren't too big.

Got this from the first post of OS character suggestion.

Anywho, since we are on character discussion. Here is my latest creation: Dimensional Fighter!

@Jmagician Only the mountains just northeast of the spawning point works, to my knowledge. Very possible that I'm wrong, but I'd stick to the Northeast ones.

"no standard model" can be true, but we can see tendencies and general style.

I also did not say that char of DeathGuard can not participate, I only said it would better go redrawn, based on the overview of OS's current character and character-concept comments in the Legend&Lore section, and my general knowledge of literature.

On your Dimension Fighter:
can pass. Pretty regular recombination of existing stuff, and you got the right elements for me.

@Hakunin:AQW and OS have a similar appearance due to Nulgath having the AQW style from years ago. Also what you say about determination, "eroticism" and all the rest is YOUR opinion, and your opinion doesn't standardizes the look/appearance of characters in OS.
2.) Being a descendant can mean she has blood from her ancestors, and if we are looking at Blud, she is half human and demon, not a pure demon ;)
3.)Ummm, she will transform to her demon form during the 5 hit combo animation lol

@JMagician: looking good, it has much to improve but base is good.

@DeathGuard
you said "descendant of pure demonS". Assuming no third sex, this means two pureblood parents.
STILL IT DOES NOT MATTER what the descendancy-line actually is. Mentioning anywhere "pure demon/dragon/dark elf" is just pure cliché.

And secondly: did you even look at the two games?
AQW looks way more childish, while OS has almost no character happy (I looked through ALL chars for this, and the 'happiest' char is Witchblade), and its first vdu (Dadge vs Nulgath) was immediately criticised for a move of Neesha on her panty.

Finally: Me myself said my opinion is just an opinion, but just look out the window once if I may suggest.

EDIT:
Grat DarkLore!

I mentioned posts before that she was a human demon, no need to point what type of parents she had. If you didn't read that part, there's your flaw.

EDIT: I did look at both games, looking happy or not doesn't really affects on it being part of a game or not. I'm following standard pose, and that's what matters here.

@Hakunin: I normally accept comments, but comments like yours which aren't well founded by facts, are the ones I don't accept. Making a character look happy or not doesn't means it belongs or has an AQW style.
@Mondez: Thanks.
