 Replace bunker buster's stat required: dex into tech

 Well It doesn't make sense if you have 4 stats required on dex (double strike, berseker, surgical strike and biunker buster). Then what about putting stat required on support?

eh... Bunker improves with tech not dex? I don't know what game your playing cause well yeah..

so pretty much make it need only tech to be used/ powered up? that's just asking for ulti-tech spam... so no not supported and support they have arty strength? they have zerk/ dbl.strike It's fine the way it is...

There's hybrid, that would put bunker in a new place, my last hope would be strengh requirement... but then we look at static smash. >.>
IMO, I think it's fine the way it is... Unless there's like other requirements.

No, there's no need. Bunker Buster already is doing fine and it also ignores Defense by 20% and on top of that, has a 25% chance to deal a critical damage. With those combinations, the Skill's great to use.
