Taro's card looks quite amazing, dang now I'm in doubt about whether I should spend the SG's on him or not xD.

Also how is the Water Tick and Quatzk evo?

Hi! And yes, Fish Face Fairy is much better xD No more Refreshes, instead he's got that new healing card and that piercing attack. Still 15 card deck. Very nice!

WHY do I have to pay 100,000 gold for a character with an SG evolution, which I got without boosts? It makes me furious; it's worse than when they gave Cosoma which I went through so much trouble for an SG evolution. All that time I put into leveling Quaztk was just a huge waste because it will never improve without SGs, which I don't have.

Why did I spend so much gold on it to not be able to get its evolution? 100,000 gold without boosts takes hours, and then I wasted even more time leveling Quaztk to 20. SG evolutions for regular characters are expected, but something that costs so much gold makes it seem like it would be a good free character, but nope!

I think I need more X Boosts.
Maybe 5 more so I'll get 10 in total. Cuts farming in half.

Dunno, maybe if I get more money. Darn school. Sucking my pockets dry! XD

Water CC! Oh wait, I don't have any water characters. Save for the Alpha Pirate and Blue Fairy.
I'll just wait for the Energy and Earth CC then.

That answer is so poor. Being a legendary doesn't means it should cost SGs. It was mentioned that some characters' legendary forms would be free (starter ones at least) So costing SGs for evolving a char to Legendary Form isn't applied in all situations.

Finally, Renew can't do what it did anymore. I hear Taro got a wicked update?

I think Water Tick evo should have been SG instead of Quaztk evo, or Quaztk evo should have been 4 SG not 5 because it messes with the typical system of 10 SG for a final evolution. It is at 11 right now if you got Quaztk for SGs.

Overall, its a nice release, I like it. 7.5/10

Decided to wait till Water Series came out before I would level any water character, now I have 3 Power Flows & 2 525 Attacks, leveling will be a breeze!
I'm coming for you Quaztk Lord >:3

@The Jop There's Water Tick getting a free evolution :D

 Guys in order for a game to grow and make both consumers happy, Payments are needed. His evolution is not much for a really great character to use in battle also with a unique 5 combo attack. The fact of the matter is, SGs will always be a part of the game, but it's your choice to buy them or not. You can support the game or you can just continue to be a free player, enjoying the things you can without SG. There's nothing wrong with any of the choices.

looks like i made the right choice in grinding with taro pre deck fix (taro is currently on lv16) - guess there is no need to get pl if i have taro. looks like sprout will remain a sprout. nice release:)

I can't wait for the energy CC!
Maybe there will be a Legendary Lightning Character like a Raijin or something.

Also, I can't wait to add some good cards to my Storm Knight.

Will buy more SGs tomorrow for some X Boosts lol.

 It's pretty obvious that for a long period of time, we should be expecting releases to be full of SG content in order to support Nulgath as there is no monthly fee, so a compromise has to be made. Naturally purchasing SGs will give you an advantage and additional benefits but does not make the game unplayable for non-SG players. It has been like this since the start, and will only continue to develop in this pattern - but not every release will contain SG-only content. There are both SG and Gold content released to balance it out. Also this is a discussion thread, and not a complaint thread. If you're not happy with the release, that's perfectly fine to state, but please do so in a *constructive* manner, and in the mean time you are more than welcome to post what you would like to see as well as what you would not like to see in the =OS= What would YOU like to see? thread. Including more free Legendary characters.

Interesting release plus some more evos so yay! Taro deck fix is good too though it's not much of a drastic change. The water series looks good, but it's one series I might pass over since I'm not much of a huge water fan.

Also the Taro change is pretty significant, Neutralize is an incredible card.

Yeah, I have to agree. This is one of the more top notch releases in OS. Quality is what counts. Qualitative and well thought-out.

I'm just glad that Refresh finally got fixed and buffed. It can still be a bit awkward at times, but it's much better than before.

My two tries at Water cards didn't work out well. Well, I got an extra Defend card to help out the Refreshes, anyway.
