Ex.

Bludgeon VS Stun Grenade

Bludgeon can do great damage.
Stun Grenade has absolute crap damage.

Bludgeon is blockable.
Stun Grenade is unblockable.


Bludgeon's damage - Bludgeon's Risk > (Stun Grenade's damage + Stun chance) - Stun Grenade's Risk

It's not just about damage Mother, when I meant value, I meant the overall usefulness. Like damage, connectivity, features, defense ignore...etc.

Bad comparison.

Bludgeon is 100% damage move

Stung grenade is for damage and stun effect.

Bludgeon can be blocked but to compensate it has higher damage.

Stun grenade while it does less damage is unblockable plus it comes with the 30% (more if you are using shadow arts) chance to stun.

Comparing a move that is for pure damage to a move that is used for stun is a bad comparison.

It is like trying to compare massacre to surgical strike.

Both ultimates...Compensating while Massacre High Damage output mid energy used...Surgical Strike...Tactical use..high damage + high energy cost or low damage + mid energy used + some tactical values (rage steal...resistance ignored) you can compare them if you know how..i suppose some veterans of the game can compare them both adding in equation progression and the damage , output at the same number of stat increasing damage

Surgical strike doesn't ignore resist Supercharge does that.
