So the way this works is you need to be a level that qualifies to face a jugg and have a linked buddy within your level range. You go into reverse jugg and force a higher level player who would originally go into 2v2 to become a juggernaut.

 Not supported because juggs would lose all the time.
2 PLayers with full cores that know how to play would actually win all the time vs a jugg.

Ally link for 2 vs 2 battles was rejected for the reason of link partners having an unfair advantage over unlinked players. The same would qualify here since it would be 2 players who are linked and would have and unfair advantage over a jug.

@___@ I decided to try Juggernaut since I've not done it since Delta, man I've only won twice in ten fights, pfft level 29 opponents are impossible to beat. This would drop my win rate to 1/15 fights.
