It should spawn anywhere. I've found it at the starting points of all the maps of the Nightmare Dungeon.

But the best place for Infernal Fiend to spawn the most is at Nightmare Dungeon 3 starting point. I am also going to hunt for Infernal Fiend but later since I am still taking a break. Try out Nightmare Dungeon 3 starting point.

First, just keep looking, he'll turn up eventually.

Second, There where three testings, Stress testing, Alpha Testing, and (The current one) Beta Testing. Stress testing only lasted about an hour (I think) so only a few thousand people got it. You are probably an Alpha Tester, the reward for Alpha was 6 SGs.

Did you play OS in any of these day during stress test? 28 and 29th August and 6th September 2011. If you are, you should had gotten Void Knight automatically. The best solution would be to inform Nulgath or any of the OS staff member about this.

During those 3 days, if the stress test last for an hour, I believe OS would be down and no player can play OS until Alpha testing. Alpha testing started on 13 September 2011.

Edit2: Overall, every stress tester would receive VK regardless of number of players during those 3 days until stress test is over for an hour or so and then the game will be down for more update.

 @Char Yup your right I'm an alpha tester it seems. Sadly no VK for me T___T

@Mega Thanks! But I checked the info on my Oversoul account and it states I missed stress testing!

Anyways thanks for the help guys, I was really confused about it. My sincere apologies. I'm taking down that post right now.
It seems my brother is always a step ahead than me.

 @Mega Well I did join the forum long time back, but just not active enough, I guess.

Anyways I've had a series of bad luck with the Treasure chest in Nightmare Dungeon too.
Is there a very small chance of encountering it or something?
I badly need some gold!

Oh I see, well now you are quite active, hope you can join us from now in OS forum! For the Treasure Chest, its probably bad luck since some forumites encountered TC a number of times. If you need some gold, maybe you should just fight the monster in solace since all those monster are much faster and easier to kill. Also, I observed that they drop more gold than before. Maybe its because of the xp boost. I hope this help you out.

Edit: Oh yes, I almost forgot that TC spawned more often at the labyrinth dungeon map 2 TC room. Here is the info in case you are not sure which dungeon is it.

I get the Treasure Chest a lot more at the Treasure Chest room in Map 2 of the Labyrinth. It has the least encounters out of any dungeon. I said this in the accomplishments thread, but since you didn't see it I'll delete it from there.

No problem. I guess Oversoul isn't popular enough yet to get its own slot. Herosmash has been out for a few years and you can't link to it from your forums account still.

No one knows those things for sure ,but he has a low encounter rate and a high possession chance ..

Let me just say that Monk does not have a high possession rate, unless you're comparing it to Poison Drake.

Do not worry. All of us here easily capture Monk on the first or second try. Monk may not have high encounter rate but he definitely have high possession rate. Same goes for Dire Monk. You will have good chance to encounter either of those two. Good luck getting him!

Speak for yourself. I'm not part of that "all of us" that got it on the first or second try. And did you just say that the characters may not have a high encounter rate but that he will have a good chance to encounter the characters?

No, i only mean for some characters i observed that have low encounter rate but high possession rate like Monk and Dire Monk. Did I state something wrong? Maybe i better edit it or else there will be misunderstanding.

Edit:
Oh! Now i know the problem. I mean that if Monk was to be found at the cave, it will be quite difficult but with Dire Monk also found at the cave, there will be an increasing chance than before to encounter either Monk or Dire Monk and but their possession rate remain high.

 Ok guys this Infernal Fiend is really annoying me, I spent the whole time in the nightmare dungeon and it didn't even pop up once, hell I even fell asleep looking for it.
Is it even there?

Btw should I evolve my Pyre Witch [Veteran] to [Master]? The Veteran one does have a better deck imo.
Suggestions if any?

How many incinerates do you have in your CC trove? Without any, the master rank should be the obvious choice, what with the "powerful-ness" these people attribute to it.
