Rather late reply, but if I understand what you're trying to suggest, that being javascript popups with dialogues, then that is not possible.

The version of ASPPlayground.NET that the forum uses is old, due to the custom code in use and how different it is from the default settings, upgrading to a new version would create more work that it'd be of little benefit to upgrade. Given the age of the software, javascript popup dialogues are not possible and thus all popups the forum generates are browser-based, so a user will have to disable their popup blocker in order to fully utilise the BBCode buttons.
