make bludgeon give 15% lifesteal, make supercharge usable with sword and give tecnitian energy regain.

Technitian shouldn't give an energy regain because Tech Mages already have reroute and Assimilate.

The lifesteal on bludgeon could be ok

15% lifesteal for an already very powerful skill? I don't think so. If that were to be the case, then you would probably have to give cyber hunter's energy generation attack higher damage.

A) Tech Mage is one of the top 3 best classes.

B) Blood Mage's already have lifesteal and bludgeon.

C) All ultimate's are class weapon required so no.

D) "Technician" is more powerful then it's counterpart by that it scales with Dex instead of Support and does not need future alternations.

Last I checked surgical strike doesn't require a club so all ultimate's don't require their class weapons.
