High HP is Dominating like Tech Mage and Blood Mage and Tanking isn't working against them the only counter is another high Strength or Support build. Also I think the ROBOT Nerf destroyed Level-5-Focus builds and made them really weak.

its rather because spreading stats makes you do lower damage in the hit you do but the bots actually do about 50 damage with focus 5 and 15 dmg bot now a bot should not be a superior move than your other hits so none can rely on it , the main point of focus 5 builds is to use everything which can be an advantage when used well.

bots are not weaker than your other hits yet not too high from them so the bot is a tool in the fight while back when bots were OP and only varium it wasn't a tool but a way.

I remember when devs started 5 focus to stop stat abusing but seems like its not working anymore.

EDIT: Maybe make bots 25-30 robot damage with five focus?

Yes Lycan. If I could wish for one thing in Epic Duel I would wish for Delta back but I would wanna keep Azreal Gear <3

i find this rather a complain , just because things got balanced and you can't buy an advantage anymore doesn't make the game bad but you just can't play it right.

IMO I Don't like Omega we deserved an advantage for how much we paid! now them "Nooby NON-VARUIM'S" Have become almost as good as we are with pathetic weapons.

most varium advantage is getting everything the easy way without having to play for months to get good looking equipment or change class or get stronger cores like azreal equipment beside , i don't think this is a good thread to discuss this , this is balance thread and you can't ask for an unbalance here.
i don't think there is a complaining thread yet but i will let you know once they make one.

 Varium was made a shortcut, not a power advantage. No, you don't deserve to have a power advantage. Time is already a big advantage because you don't need to farm Credits for everything. Furthermore, you may be able to afford items that are tedious to farm with Credits, such as Bots for 40-50K Credits.

It's not that easy to farm such amount without putting a lot of time and effort. You can buy Varium and get it straight away, they have to farm Credits for it or drops to upgrade (i.e. Yeti).

I never thought of it as a shortcut rather the only way to get things I wanted which would merely be impossible to get it without Varuim. I always thought of it as a Advantage because hardly any non-varuim's could get it because it would take so long and also what about the promotional varuim package? Non-Varuim's can't get that so Varuim isn't always a shortcut

5 Focus builds aren't extremely weak. Especially not for the Bounty Hunter class.

every popular build you have mentioned I have actually beaten with my focus 5 build. Sure I lose to them sometimes but I have beaten them sometimes as well so I wouldn't call focus 5 weak.

azreal equipment will come back next valentine , as its said its just a shortcut of time and efforts.

bountys can benfit best from focus 5 because of bloodlust and smoke also because he needs alot of stats to both empower and use skills so we find it best to get focus 5 for both bot and skills power also because they don't have an armor.

 @Dual: Would not work because 6-7 focus would be like low-HP glass cannons with only decent to decently-low defenses.

Not enough stats to leave room for diversity once you would hit focus 6 or 7 o-O....

To the main topic no they are not, they have been viable for a long time and they continue to be,

especially if you use malfunction or smokescreen to synergy with your bots.

I have posted about a slight buff of 2 dmg points by 5 focus already tho... I won't elaborate

but people agreed.

Bounty Hunter is only good on level 5 focus because they have Smoke and EMP Grenade which both improve with Tech making level 5 focus better for them and also they have Blood Lust so they can have good defenses while regaining a mad amount of HP back from Blood Lust and they have shadow arts and good robot damage.

 Since 5 focus build exist it has been the strongest build and it always will be this way, being slow is the price to pay to win better and the best way to do this is 5 focus, it s a fact.

You won't make it on the LB with a level 5 focus build mate FACT! the only class I don't doubt is Bounty Hunter and Blood Mage on level 5 focus

5 focus tank builds actually beat high hp / str builds easily, you're probably concerned about the debuffers, and even then my tank BM bulldoze over them thanks to rusty. It's already common knowledge that reduces dex/tech far too much. I did not mention intimidate as its a joke compare to smoke/malfunction.

 Another point is that focus builds are harder to use at their best, when strenght builds can keep doing wins with a few, cheap tacticts.

The only way to get away with a str build is with Azreal Aux TM/BH, you can't get away with that with any other class.
