one class has more aggressive skills than the other
blood mages own 4 aggressive skills bludgeon (ignores defense), use plasma cannon, and fire ball, and deadly aim. about 4 aggressive skills and they are most focus on one type (strength).
tech bounty only has cheap shot, plasma grenade. these are useless.

one class owns more tactical skills than the other and defence.
their to be a balanced amount of aggression and defenses in these new classes.

unerfing everything give more health to players , tech bounty can be tactically aggressive. tech bounty has to use strength and malf to win and they are bad at it. buff their tech skills to make them use it more such as plasma grenade, its unique to tech bounty alone and they should want to sport it a lot in battle.
excuses towards a funner epic duel is sad. beside bot is the only offensive you can think of what else?

I think you have it the wrong way...The whole point of a class is that they fill a niche and do one (or more) thing(s) better than everyone else. I would say the problem right now is that there are really only 2 (maybe 3) classes, so it negates the entire point of having 6 classes in the first place. It used to be we had the physical damage dealers (bounty), tanks (merc), and utility/magic damage dealers/caster (tech mage). Yes, each class could build themselves differently, but ultimately each played their own unique role and had their own unique skillset and specialization. Now that is not the case, and people are being forced to either abuse a stat to win, or abuse defenses and win. The root of the problem is that the 'newer' classes are not unique, and therefore do not specialize in anything, which forces copy-cat builds, which lowers build diversity, which ruins the game.

Offensive skills are not everything. Each class has a different focus.

Take the Hunters. Instead of smashing their way to victory, they rather cripple the enemy first with debuffs, EMP Grenade, and Poison.

Every class isn't meant to be the same. Each class has a different play style. For example, Merc is for tanking and bounty is for damage.

The real problem is no one wants to explore new builds. Everyone wants to win, and when a winning build is found, people will copy it because it is a winning build. Eventually that build get's overused by the masses, and those who don't want to use that build or builds but their builds are weak against them complain about them because they can't win against them.

Even if counter builds are found for these builds some of those people say "Why should I be forced to use this build to counter what my current build is weak against? I should be able to counter this build without resorting to that" While not thinking that if their build could counter that along with everything else that their builds would be overpowered. Eventually their complaining gets to the staff and then they nerf those builds.

Is this the end of the story? Nope I don't think so. Now because of these nerfs something else that was balanced before becoming overpowered because the build that kept that build in check doesn't have it anymore or that build's bane was weakened. Once the masses find out what has become more powerful the life cycle continues.

there are 4 stast , str , dex , tec and support , this means each class has 5 or 6 ways to get played (full offensive and balanced focus 5 are the rest) so you can't say a class is for and another is for.
