So recently I had a pretty good idea.. I was thinking that there should be ways to level up your cores.

Maybe you have to win a certain amount of battles with it to level it up, or level it up with credits or varium. For an example, Ninja reflexes at level 1 would be %4 chance to block. Win 75-100 games with it equipped and it's level 2, %5 chance to block, so on and so forth..

cores are all percentage , increasing percentage would lead to advantage which ppl won't like , its like bringing the game back to delta , sorry but i don't support this.

Exactly.

The cores are already scaling with your stats/level because of that. Which means this is a bit unnecessary :/

Not supported.

There are already issues with the luck cores, and having them scale with battles would cause even more problems with battles.

Maybe not scale with battles, but just with creds/var to upgrade them?
