I recently got 1 million gold. And then I tried to see if the gold cap had increased and it did! I can SS to show the proof.

No the gold cap IS still 1 million. You can get more than that, but when you log out and come back in, you lose any and all gold you got beyond 1 million.
I just got to 1 million again like 2 days ago so I can confirm this xD

i'm back and i need to say that playing with incinarate is just AWESOMEEE low cost for high attack :D.
what will happen when bm get's this card DESTROYING OF THE WORLD XD

Yeah I was disappointed too. I got like 5,000 gold beyond the cap, and then spent 300k on CC, so I had 705,000 gold. Then I logged out and when I can back in I had only 700,000. So basically... Spend your gold the moment you hit 1 million lol You don't get to keep anything beyond that.

That would be nice xD But realistically, nah. Very very few people have been able to even get to that much gold, and unless you have the time and x boosts, you wouldn't even try. Raising to gold cap right now is premature.

Yeah and that's why I said soon which would never mean like a week later or so. But for the sake of the free player, better don't ask for a gold cap raise until there is a way for the free player to obtain gold rapidly. SG player like us got more opportunity than the free player and I felt its really unfair.

On a side note, Tharr level 20. My 19th level 20 character. Next will be dire monk and then Quaztk Lord or probably Seraphim of Ver.

@mega i relogged now he walks normally but before my relog he could only walk normaly to the right if you walked to the left he moon walked xd and when he didn't move if you walked to the left he stand like that xd

But then at the same time, the SG player with X Boosts paid for the X Boosts, whereas the free player didn't pay anything.

Yes agreed, the word "unfair" isn't really applicable here. It'd still be in bad taste to raise the gold cap though when the majority cannot hope to meet the limit.

I don't think Resonance will be out this week. Can't wait to see what DOES get released though... What souls will discover previously untapped powers?

Not to be a downer though, I am a but uncertain about the wording in the DNs about rank ups. It seems to me that Nulgath was saying the deadline for the aqw commercial he was making was this Friday, not that some sort of deadline for the rank ups was this Friday. So.... If that commercial takes him til Friday to make... (someone help me stay positive xp)

Ah, well, maybe he finished it early so he could work on Oversoul. It's best to not expect a release though, so you won't be disappointed if there isn't one but you'll be very happy if there is.

Rankups might not come this week but i think the other things will like the CC pack rotation starting and the removal of Alpha Pirette, will have to wait and see this friday if Nulgath can slip in some new rank ups or not.

I shall join you in that wait and see approach. Yeah guess more people than me we're reading that wrong and saying rank ups are coming this week for sure.
At the very least, I've been waiting for Shadow CC to come around again... I need Empower.

EDIT: @Dragon That's is what Sage means, the rank-ups are coming Friday.

As I read earlier, how did you guys get 1 million gold?! Blows my mind.
Highest I've ever gotten was barely 80k... Then blew it all off on CC and got nothing useful.

By battling a lot with high level characters. It's not really that difficult for players who can get 690% gold and experience from X-Boosts.

I was quoting from last week's DN, and it does NOT mean that the rank ups are coming this Friday because the AQW ad is DUE THIS Friday. If Nulgath is able to finish it early he might have time to work on the rankups for this week, if not then next week if there is no other big project tossed at Nulgath.

I get around 70k Gold for every character I level to 20. And since X-boosts make it so that you can level much faster... that, and just a lot of time playing. Too much time :I
