i figured it'd have something to do with time zones :P yeah, i know people from all over the place, i even find people from hungary pretty frequently, during my hours of gaming :P Fankly, i find the number of repeats i got pretty low compared to the numbers of online players we usually have, and the number which would be joining a 1v1 battle at the exact same time as i. and also, one of the 35's was in first place for daily leaders, and thus he had a lot of battle under his belt one day... that one especially doenst surprise me.

and so do you want me to continue counting repeats or ignore them? if i play someone again the next day, can i count them again?

Only omit if you battle the same person twice in the same hour. cause from what we were told the repeat meter resets after each hour. If you run into the same person the next day you don't have to omit if you battled them once that hour.

This wont be fixed just do what most of us do when they refuse to fix this problem play less and less actively they will learn.

@ mother, sounds good. the hour resets at the X:00 rather than 1 hour after you have fought then, am i correct?

When you see it says there are (insert number of hours here) until the end of the day that is when it resets.

Also the staff did mention more balance changes were coming. For all we know Rabble might have been working on that solution from that other thread, or they might even cut the level range. But in all honestly if the range is cut (which I am against) it would be best for all levels not just the level 30-36 like the OP is suggesting. Just because the users at the higher levels are more experienced than most lower levels, is not an excuse IMO to confine a change like this.

Cause as I mentioned in my first post this is happening at all levels not just the level cap.

The balance changes have been brought back, and the staff said they were going to do more in the design notes.

i think its pretty legibble. sorry it took so long. only 6 battles were completed after the latest update, i just forgot to upload the pic :P
