Monster feels unlucky, punk.

The target's Luck is decreased by the listed amount for the listed duration. This won't be displayed in the target's stats, but it will still take effect. If this effect makes the target's Luck lower than 0, it will still receive Lucky Strikes, but they will instead reduce the damage done by the target.
