back there was passives , while now everything needs energy so it seems reasonable for it to be at its current way , 25 energy for mark of blood and SA is no longer the same kinda makes the game not work without energy.

Biggest problem I've seen with SG is it's synergy with Smoke Screen on tank builds, easiest fix for that is to just change SG to "improves with support" instead of technology.

And how exactly would that balance? Have you examined the class? The skills? Its not balance, its just breaking the class because it bothers you. That would make static grenade the only skill that would improve with tech.
