ok thanks for the clarification trans and marten…..that sounds a lot better….so i can always have access to all of the inventory slots that i currently have?

Yep! You'll keep your expanded slots forever, even if it's above 100. Only newer players won't be able to expand beyond 100 slots, unlike us right now. The only difference is, if you have over 100 slots right now, you won't be able to expand them any further after the release. ^^

I don't know if you guys realised this already but, did you know Static Smash got nerfed more than the 5%? Since Weapon damages got lowered, Static Smash also got a lower drain - same with Static Charge.

I want to get the Physical version of the Club. I don't know if they'll be Mutational sets but I hope they are! :)
I also need enough Credits to buy the Achievement. It will probably be worth 15,000 Credits/

Lol who said I'm losing. I'm just bored stiff of the fighting the same build over and over.
Anyway it may be really a fun doing 2v2 but in my mind daily missions are doing as many battles as possible, which means 1v1. Just my opinion though.

In all honestly it was like that even before they made these balance changes. Meaning that the same overused builds were being used more than others. diversity will always take a second seat to the all mighty win.

If it wins against most and it is proven every tom dick and harry will copy it. Creativity at the cost of losing is what keeps most from being creative. Until people stop putting their win loss ratio over creativity I don't see this ever happening.

^ you can't stop people from trying to make the most effective strategy and builds given the options, after all that is the whole point of a strategy game.



It is up to the devs and devs alone to increase variety be increasing viable counters to all popular style builds.

Asking the player to specifically not do what they think is a good strategy and is currently very strong and hard to counter just so the game is not boring is completely the games fault and is an obvious sign or poor balance and where the efforts should be 95% focused.


It is about time the devs sorted out their balance by increasing variety and difficulty in this game.

I know this very well and personally I don't mind seeing the same builds all the time. It just more fun for me to find a build to counter them. It was what the masses started doing over time when the staff wasn't throwing in balance updates all the time.

While balance is important, sometimes the hands off approach works too since as I mentioned before with time the players eventually found counter builds to the flavor of the week builds and were using them. Which IMO is how the game should be.

When a popular build comes, you find the build or builds that can take these builds down and due them. Not have the staff nerf this and that because some people who don't want to use the flavor of the week, but at the same time don't want to use counters that are given to beat these builds.

Every build must have a weakness otherwise it is OP, which is sadly what some people just don't understand.

I completely agree, finding counters can always happen and it is great.


The problem is when options in counters are very low as well as balance of counters being extremely poor in some cases.

It often means counters may work for one particular build only but be completely useless against anything else or because of the lack of counter options it often means certain builds will always become OP and this will constantly occur UNTIL variety in counters allows anything people come up with to have a weakness.

And when that point happens the games balance and variety will be vastly improved.


They have the tools for more counters (skill cores, robots, skill reworks,) the problem is that they often completely neglect the importance or often to do opposite and harm available counters is some way.

I think there's no point in being creative just to lose, at least in this game. However, i still remember the fun i had trying to find a counter to the popular build of the period between balance changes. :)
But this could not be feasible now due to the lack of counter option like Remorse said.

Haven't seen my BloodMage build around there that often...
I see a lot of 5 focus tech, strenght, sigh Android builds.

Using a 5 focus tech support build and if weren't for the OP bot they call Android, I wouldn't be losing to Tech BH's all the time

As soon as you have a battle where no Energy is being used, it becomes highly dependant on the stats. All that makes Classes different is the Skills (+ Energy). This was the same in the past but Passives changed Classes from one another.

Hopefully, there will be a time in the future when there's balance between the Classes. A time when builds don't make the odds of you winning higher. EpicDuel is going towards that phase.
I know that it will be hard, but we as players, need to help the Developers. There shouldn't be biased opinions to which Class is OP - if you narrow it down, it's always a Skill making the Class 'OP'. And if you do think a certain Class/Skill is OP, explain why. Give us evidence and proof to why it's OP.

I am pretty excited for this update! The new weapons look awesome, I'm totally getting the Physical Mutating Weapon. I'm anxious to see what the new cores will be, and if they'll be useful. Also looking forward to the cheevos, the Turkey Annihilator and the mission cheevos! Woot! Cant wait!

Plus with them making matches longer this bot got an indirect buff since it's power works better with longer fights. Plus since they once again nerfed strength and support and buffed tank builds I am not surprised to see this bot being used so much.

This update just made this bot even worse.

The two Robots will be a promotional item - we don't know if they'll be sold in-game or not. The Weapons will be sold in-game, however.
