Don't need to decrease bounty hunter power, and didn't need to decrease Tech Mages power.
Don't need to decrease any class, we need to increase power in each class.
No sense spoiling the classes that are good. We will be walking in circles if we do that.

Empowering the classes that are weak is the answer.
Don't make sense decrease the power of a good class because we want good classes in game!
Just increase power of Mercenary class, Tactical Mercenary class, Blood Mage class, Tech Mage class, Cyber Hunter class! (Bounty Hunter are good)
DECREASE IS NOT THE ANSWER


class or classes refer to each class in game, I'm cyber.

Err, what are you talking about? Balance is not about nerfing or buffing classes, it is just about changing skills that have observed disadvantages or advantages over others.

theres a lot of disadvantages, no advantages, But we don't need to deacrease any power, just increase power of each class, thats what I'm talking about. :3

If you mean bringing everything up to the level of something that is "overpowered" or advantageous, than I can consider that. The only issue is time. If 1 skill out of 5 is overpowered, it takes less time to "nerf" it than to "buff" the other 4, while getting a similar result just with smaller numbers.

Nerfing is usually the best answer, Buffing classes leads to high damage and uncounterable builds which leave the game either tanks or STR builds basically.


Their aim is to slow the speed of battles and they can't do that is each class is extremely powerful.

Actually Remorse, if stats were balanced, and they all increased at the same rate, numbers in battle would not change very much at all; save for the items like weapons and armor that are worth less from not increasing with stats.

Cyber doesn't need an upgrade, strength builds with malf/static/massacre with high health work marvelously well. Most of the time.
I think there's actually a decent balance right now, with battles taking more time and people needing to think more about their moves.

@ depressed, it seems like it would do that but their is still a degree in power change.

Otherwise how do you explain the disaster that were enhancements.

Plus what people assume by buffing classes would by individual buffs not a balanced increased rate of everything.

Remember everyone couldn't get enhancement easily, as well as the rate of enhanced items were different from item to item.

Varium players could get them real easily where as non variums couldn't due to how expensive they were.

Think about it. If enhancements could be gotten easily by all players, and all items had the same amount of enhancement slots it wouldn't have been so much of a gap in power.

Even still the over amount of stats made all builds too strong regardless of varium status.

For instance those STR build with around 34-37 damage +the 34 weapon damage to STR ,

Yes you could get extra defence using those extra stats to counter act that but thats basically all you can get.
The extra power restricts freedom as it becomes to hard to deal with the offensive builds.

I wonder how ED would have turned out if the devs left everything Delta alone and just made enhancements alot cheaper for F2P...

There still wouldn't have been balance between free to play and pay to play.

Pay to play items still had more enhancement slots on them then free to play items. Varium players would still have stat advantages over free to play.

well, someone could NPC till level cap, buy the weapons with most slots, and spam NPC's till he can fill all the slots.

^ you'd either quit or quite literally die of boredom . game isn't interesting enough to invest the time to need to seriously attempt fully equipping and doing everything f2p even now . Problem is it isn't interesting enough to pay for either why most r retired or casual now

yeah this game is getting boring i'm not going to go around farming every npc to gear my self up. and even if i do all that i still wont stand much of a chance. this game is just to "pay to win" for me and i hate games like that it pretty much forces you to pay them fi you want any power what so ever. its really cheap and lame.

18-22 str 4-5 support and its enough for 6 lvl smoke. smoke gain is many because it is improve with: technology and he has 27-33 tech. need static grenade change to improve with: support. or stats required: 42 support and lower energy gain -12 or -15 (as energy backup from 49 to 37) 46-12 or -15 this is 31-34 energy and it is enough for bounty hunters. but need 4 cool down
