I see a few problems with this idea. here are the ones I see so far 1 no costs for skills even with limited uses of each of them means there is no way of prevent them from happening. What is to stop someone from just putting their best moves at max, and just use them without consequence? For example a max power surgical strike even with moderate tech against a high tech build still packs a punch. with no way to prevent this from happening a lot of builds will be hard pressed fighting these kinds of builds. 2 Each class will need 1 or 2 new moves to exchange for the energy drainer/gainers. This would also take time from the staff's schedule for making other balance updates and adding content to create, test, and make sure said moves are balanced. CH would need 2 moves TM would need 2 moves TLM would need 2 moves Merc would need 1 move BH would need 1 move BM would need 1 move This would mean 9 new moves would need to be made to replace the energy drainers/gainers 3 certain promo's cores and other cores would need to be reworked/removed due to this The generator core would need to be reworked since it works like a booster, while every other core that works around energy gain/drain would now need to be removed. Not to mention anyone who brought the frostbite promo sometime ago would need to their money refunded since this promo would no longer have a use to them, unless they are fighting george lowe (passive icy chill) 4 Pyro swarm, Consective shot With this change of removing energy, and limiting moves to X amount of turns these two cores in turn will get a massive buff. both of these will need reworking before anyone who has these items will have a massive advantage over those who don't.
