No Mountain Strikes? No Earthquakes? AND TWO SACRIFICES? They're useless! Might as well have a 5 attack card.
To use Sacrifice, you use 4 life, and if you use Tree of Life, and a 5 shield to heal that loss of 4 life, you're using 7 charge besides 4 (Or 10 besides 8 for both)? Screw that, it's horrible. I agree with Finnish as well, the Tree of Life card isn't very helpful when Pierce cards aren't a big threat compared to hard, regular damage.
The only thing it has going for itself is the Shields and the Petrify's, but even then it's still lacking compared to other Earth Characters.
It's definitely not what I expected from his deck, even after waiting a year. I'd rather use it's veteran, or even it's apprentice version, to be honest.

I must say I enjoy the 1st upholder more then I thought I would. Although I don't think i have got a single Nutreralise card in all my fights so far.

@Complaining about a 2 cards it has isn't very representative of the deck overall. Yes, the Tree of Life is a mediocre card, but it's 2 Petrifies gives it breathing time, and CC can easily fix almost any concern anyways. Sacrifice can be used in combo with shield for some instant damage, at least that's how I think of it.

Tree of Life+shield+ stone wall cover up the sacrifice. Which is one good thing, beside there is CC so we can equip some Mountain Strike and Earthquake to increase his offense. CC always solve the issue.

[bI love the Void Rebirth. It has some attacks of epic proportions and really packs a punch!]

Not necessarily. Many opponents also have access to CC's and if you're both using CC's, those issues won't go away provided your opponent chooses a character with less issues to begin with.

I think Appearance locking Trainee and smacking opponents with Retributions is pretty fun.

And who said you have to use sacrifice all the time when it's at your hand? I rarely use sacrifice without a heal/sheild, unless it's up strategic. That's how I won 99% of my duels using VK. (Only lost to Tally's PD and Beck's cosoma once.

Pfft, I got a win against it with Master Witch, branden80 beat it with Frost Void, and BasicBall beat it with BD back in the good old pre-historic days where everything had a thousand times less HP.

I was 1-2 against it and haven't fought you since though. Still blaming the initiatives for that though.

@TFP Wait, Andlu's VK or just any one's? Because if it was just anyone then it is more about how good a person is at using it rather than the character/card(Sacrifice). Anyways, I got to check the other new posts now.
