is the tutorial achievement gonna be available for players who didnt just start the game? can you do the tutorial at level 40?

Yeah, anyone can claim the Tutorial Achievement - no matter what level they are. Treat it like a mission with a cheevo reward at the end - works in the same way. :p

Legendary is drawing nearer for me, just scraping near to level 37 and when I reach 40 I will be over the moon, twice infact! And then finally access to those lovely stats ^.^

@Digital X.Earning these points with battles is awesome.But I dont think anyone would invest in gun, aux or bot damage that grow of 4 each point.Wepon damage, defence and resistance grow of 3 each point and it s alot better to use them there for such a little difference.
I invested one on str (the slot was already open, so I didnt have to pay for it) and other 3 on defence so far.Can t wait to earn the next ranks xD

Well, my support is 63+12, so I may invest in more def and tech (45+33 each) and just raise my HP as I level.

Edit: I can battle properly now, so it may be fixed somewhat.

What veteran players?! you mean the ones with wins that would have put them in the level cap and and at least several ledgendary ranks? A good amount are long gone now for obvious reasons.

we all npc back in the days theirs was more noticable because they used brain washed ._.

Or in other cases played the old wars that were all driven by NPC wins. Frostland, Infernal, and the ebilcorp wars all were NPC wars, and the infernal war was where you could fix up your 2 vs 2 record with NPC if you so wished.

Whatever they did I have absolutely no stuns from either gun and out of over 100 matches only 1 stun from overload.

^you just happened to have a case of bad timing

anyways, i would be looking forward to play again once I don't see bounties everytime I click on 1v1 and that mercenaries(class i am now) or any other class is at least on par with the 2 powerful classes right now, lvl 36 bounty and techies are already a handful for me to deal with, don't mention the lvl 40 version of em.

i like diversity and stuff is just getting a bit too repetitive

Hun, As far as I am aware they have not touched the stun from gun/aux etc, I have had plenty through battles yesterday and some today. It is just the RNG or luck, which ever you prefer to refer to.

TRizZzCENTRINO in a way i agree with you as there is no balance in the game any more you will see the same class a lot of the time so its very boring now and its not just the balance its also because i am legion and see the same players all the time ,because there is no balance at all and they dont bother to fix it its a very bad game at the moment take a break from the game for 2 or 3 weeks until they fix it, i can put up with the blocks and deflects but as there is no skill at all required now just strength the game has become unplayable now i feel sorry for the new players the come and get slaughtered now and leave who can blame them,the way i see it at the moment is they are polishing up to game so it looks good but when things go wrong like balance it does not get fixed for so long lots give up,

With all this high health it is time to do away with the reduced damage on the multis especially on Plasma Rain due to players having higher tech than before and than we have to face level 40 players that have high tech and high health that for some reason everyone is afraid to attack them. I tested at high dex and lower dex I got the same damage with Plasma Rain.

For the next update they need to look into the damage of the skills and adjust them appropriately for each battle mode.



A staff was in 2vs2 with me and he saw how week Plasma Rain was he also saw that I did not get a stun on a player with overload, sidearm, or Aux, he told me to stun him with overload so I struck the same player with overload again no stun.

Advancing the game with each update is great but they still have to deal with the problems as well not just put them off.

^ Take an objective and completely honest look at epic duel in its current state now.

Weigh up what's wrong with the game

and what's right with the game.

That will tell you why they haven't fixed stuff yet .

Yeah, no. Lycus posted just above you - report it as a bug, instead of spreading false information which may not even be true. This isn't "BMs suck, pls buff" thread. Also, skills/cores have % chance to stun, not 100%. Only because a Mod told you to Stun ____ player, it doesn't mean it will ALWAYS stun. I've tested Overload on my TM, and it works fine. Had it used against me plenty of times, in 1v1 and 2v2 alike, and it DOES work.

If you believe this is a bug, Hun, REPORT IT. You're making false statements, as if Devs were trying to sabotage BMs, when it's not true. You state ____ is a bug, and never report it. It won't be fixed if you do NOT report it, or it's NOT even bugged - but you're just being unlucky.

I have just deleted several more posts from this thread.

Accusing numerous other players by name for any reason is unacceptable. Snide comments meant to degrade others is unacceptable. Any post that does so will always be deleted.

Players must make the decision to follow the rules or disregard them and receive unwanted consequences ranging from deleted posts where their thoughts are never seen (or for very long) anyway to other unwanted consequences to your foum account. The easiest way to be able to have your posts seen is to follow the =ED= EpicDuel Discussion Forum Rules which tells you what is and isn't allowed along with how to give negative feedback that is actually helpful to the game.

There is no room on the forums for temper tantrums.

Now we just need a lot more cores like Critical Heal that do interesting things and we could start making battles a lot more interesting.

^ Agreed, critical heal is the only interesting non game breaking core.

They need to start making cores that increase complexity of variety in builds.

Caterimg to niche builds would be the way to go rather then making brocken cores that make wins effortless for every class and build cough hatchling rush.

True the fact you can l control the 2 effects with armor placement makes them very useful for variety.
But in terms of passive cores their is hardly anything creative apart from critical heal.

those only work if your opponent strikes you, and on top of that those are luck based cores. Back when they first came out they were a lot stronger since we didn't have active cores that would help people avoid striking their opponents.

@ remorse

I remember you telling me you did like the Celtic cleaver's passive core sometime ago.

More prefer luck reducing cores over luck increaseing ones.
It's certainly not interesting nor does it increase varaity much.
It also really annoys me that it doesn't reduce blocks on strikes used in skills.
That makes the effect really only useful for Str sword builds.
