Have you seen Beck is getting a character Skurge? You might get one to Most likely have to ask Rev since he seems to be the one who draws the AK characters.

Check the Artix.com Design Notes. I think you may recognize the new legendary characters coming today: "Beck" and "Tyrant Moose". The original art for both comes from Rev, who knows Beck and ND Mallet well through Twitter.

 Although the characters were based off of Beck and ND, I was merely trying to say that Nulgath [probably] doesn't know that - as it was Revontheus who drew/named them. I could be wrong though!

I don't know, he did used to visit the forums often earlier, in alpha and early beta. I think he still reads the forums from time to time, even if he doesn't comment much. He probably also was made aware of who they are when he had to animate them for Rev.

New characters awesome, but still waiting on the updates on Chaos because I want to see how Chaos plays with the RNG.

Shadow Nulgath needs some sort of energy booster since he eats energy like no tomorrow hence a card like I suggested a while back that would help with his current deck since it sacrifices a good amount with 2 Void Reflections.

Life Consume - Consumes 1000 HP (or 800 HP for balance purposes) for 10 shadow energy.

Why couldn't other AE games take a backseat to OS when it was in development

@Jop Actually, where it used to say 'v0.9.4d' instead it says 'v.0_9_4d' Just something I noticed when I first got on OS after school.

Can't wait to get Beck and Tyrant Moose next week. Since they will be shop character and Legendary rank, we already know the result. At least I have tons of SG to spare after purchasing 10K AP and spent it on 250 SG package. :D Also can't wait to see lots of AQW character and monster to be release in OS. More character to possess and for me to collect in my collection. :D However, it would be nice to see new features added since we want OS to be a complete game and not stuck in beta release. We don't want OS to be Herosmash V2.

@Mega: The staff said it is more than just features, OS needs a large player base and enough workers to work on the game. OS has neither and although features might attract more players, it needs the attention of more staff to work on OS. So, unfortunately, it isn't looking too good.

Hmm as for Beck and Moose, I might buy them if their decks are worthy. If they are both good, I would have to choose between them as Legends have a habit of being 12 SG cost and I only have 20

Yeah, we are aware of that. That's why I had stated somewhere in other thread that Artix need to transfer some AE staff member to OS and become full time OS staff member. This should be the least Artix can do to show his gratefulness to Nulgath for everything he done to help Artix out in major projects and other stuff.

For Beck and Tyrant Moose, fret not as they will be non-permanent rare character. You can get them anytime. ;)

Artist wont wanna work on OS unless they get there own shop. That's the reason REV left. The game has over 32k like on twitter and facebook so it has a fan base it just needs something to bring people back maybe a membership I know it sucks but it works for AQW.
