@DYKT I like to have at least two objectives while farming. Right now mine are:
1. Get DFR
2. Get 50k gold
It really helps cut down the boredom, because if one thing isn't progressing than at least the other thing(s) are.But that option would be really cool too.

They can get a bit tricky at times.. He used 3 corruptions throughout the game, in addition to a whole lot of 800 and pierces. If only we could get a definite mention from the developers about the map spawn thing and if it actually matters :I (Moving into the eighth hour.)

Yeah, when I farm, I also have those two objectives in mind:

1. Mining for Gold.

2. Possessing the character I want.

However, without the ability to communicate with anyone else, it's just mindless farming. When I think about it, I often come up with the conclusion that what I am doing is pointless and I should just stop.
Which then leads to me playing less and less, then finally just plain quitting. That's also why I plan on quitting AQW pretty soon. Everybody's dead, and that game's turning into a Buyers-win-everything-game. Figuratively, not literally dead. Lol.

I only came back and got into Oversoul again because I took a look at Forums. . .

@DYKT I think it's encouraging to see how much gold I get in 10 minutes, 20 minutes. Those fights add up, and somehow I'm not that bored. Of course, I usually don't farm for like hours on end anyways, so maybe it's different for you guys.

@Bjeble: Do you use XP/Gold Boosts? And how many?

I agree with you 100%.

OS is a good game but only getting new characters to the game won''t cut it... We bloody need new interfaces (chats) Modes (2v2) & new storyline quests ect..

I seriously hope this game gets better this year or all hell will break loose because us players will be very upset & end up leaving this game.
I would like to see drastic changes soon as we get into a new phase sometime this year.

We OS players need to UNITE & make a whole topic about our in-game WISH LIST!

I wish Nulgath would make a ''Hand'' character. I want to give the back of my hand to the next Templar who appears. . .STOP USING THOSE GREATER HEALS. Dang. lol

im done i really wanted the male DRF but the Female will do just fine.

got to be honest i would like it if nulgath just communicated with us more.

for all we know we could be like a week away from the GQ and he just hasnt told us yet.

Knowing Nulgath had been too busy with lots of projects, he couldn't afford the time to post on the forum. Still, it would be great he come by at the forum sometime and post to give us the news.

Well I hope AFTER Battlegems releases, we can see some posts from him on Forums. . .(Blame Battlegems, Hurrah! Hurrah! xD Lmao)

@Mango: Good, maybe they'll support my meme idea. . Lol just kidding. :P

(Edit): Good Lawd, I think this DFR rider was to combat Refresh farming or something. .. . 'cause it seems like as if it has no affect!


And what do you guys think Nulgath's character will have for attack animations? I versed him before in Alpha Test, and he had the same animations as X-mas fiend, except for his 5-hit, the
blue beam shot from his mouth, it didn't airstrike like it did for X-mas fiend.

I have a feeling that it could change. . .maybe he'll point, and an Oblivion Blade or Overfiend blade will attack, or something. . .

Or he'll go Super Saiyan or something, LOL. It's Over-9,000!!!! . . . .

I predict however, that in the future at the end of Grand Quest, a variant of him will be available. Either a new personal character, or the one on the Log-in page. . .

I find it truly offensive that Nulgath doesn't have at least 1-2 minutes of his life to talk to us fans/game players at least once every week or two to update us on anything game related & make us players look forward to the future with more higher hopes & expectations.

All I can say is that lets hope soon as the other game platforms are out the way in development, only then after they can focus more on OS.

Nulgath may have a new personal character in the future. He always have a secret and surprise plan. ;)

I presume DFR can only be found at map 2 since every forumites encountered DFR at map 2.

I met him at map 2 by the way. Not at spawnpoint.

That's really sad. Come on, don't just give up. You have managed to encounter the female DFR and its a miracle. Don't give up!

I think we should really discuss at the beta release thread. Its always our main thread to post something.
