A different idea on how to make every class get used works like this

each class is weak against 2 classes and strong against 2 and neutral against one.


when a class is better than another class then the damage is 105% and 95% for you and your opp respectivly.

the basic principal is that: if a class is OP then it can still be countered so there will be a lot more classes...

when you say "weak" and "strong" could you define, if you mean has a slight advantage over a certain class or disadvantage and has an equal chance with one then i think it's a grand idea

I heard in the early phases of this game that it used to be like rock paper and scissors
BHs beat TMs. TMs beat Mercs and Mercs beat BHs
You can easily see how that could happen as hybrid used to be a physical only armor.
Having weaknesses and strengths should be something to be attributed to individual builds, not classes.
