• Bludgeon now ignores 10% of defense when used with swords

Edit:
• Static Charge [Cyber Hunter] has been nerfed by 10% at all levels

 About TacMerc:
I was reading all the classes skills But, Why does the TacMercs Surgical strike Dmg is locked to physical? Is it a typo?
