TM: Assimilate Which other skill in the game allows damage dealing, energy drain and energy regain in the same move? Yes, damage might be 85%, and energy regain might be 50%, but still, you must consider that TMs already have Battery Backup, meaning they can easily control energy flow throughout the game. BH: Mark of Blood Slightly edges out Static Grenade because of the recent nerfs the latter has received. Combining HoT and a debuff (smokescreen) is a lethal combo. BM: Bludgeon Low energy cost for high physical damage, especially on rage. A good skill, but also because other BM skills are lacking too. Merc: Static Smash Take Static Smash out of the Mercenary skill tree, and it becomes completely useless. That's how reliant the class is on this one skill. Energy drain and regain isn't too low, and if timed correctly can allow for energy flow control. CH: Static Charge This skill allows the functioning of the typical CH poison-massacre build. It does good damage, while receiving a fair amount of energy back, especially if used while the opponent is malfed. I've had battles where my Pyro Fly has disabled Static Charge, rendering the CH build ineffective. TLM: Battery (for "tank" builds) and Poison (for builds with more strength) There are only 3 builds that can even be considered: (1) High Strength-Poison - good build, but cannot match the best builds of other classes. (2) High Dex - powerful tank, but the only offensive skill would be Stun Grenade. Very slow battles (and XP/credit gain). (3) High Tech - vulnerable to crits because it often comes at the cost of low HP. Very slow battles (and XP/credit gain). (?!*&!@) Support - free win, anyone?
