@inshal: Many people had unsuccessful captures so I'm guessing it's another TG. You don't need to SG it on first sight but keep an SG handy for when you are about to lose your mind.

I know we'd need Staff Confirmation but honestly, his encounter rate seems lower than that of Gentleman...I've spotted three Gentlemen while searching for Moosey. Not one single Moose found :(

For reassurance, it would be nice to know exact drop rates and have them listed on the official wiki for OS.

That should be possible because Asuka works on the Wiki and has direct contact with Nulgath/Warlic as a Tester.

Farming half of the day no TG encountered .. @_@
5th encounter and he evades ... how many encounters does it usually take?

Sad how I haven't even seen moose yet, but oh well, plenty of time to farm. Any confirmation on how long the dragon riders are staying?

While he may know the information, he might not be allowed to share it. In the end though, it doesn't really matter, its purely luck based no matter how high or low the drop rate is. I found Weteye on the second try, and possessed him my first attempt without an SG because I got lucky, yet it took me forever to find Poison Drake and just going by what I see on the forums, their drop rate is roughly the same.

I'm pretty sure it's been confirmed that he has the lowest possession rate in game so it may take many more encounters. Of course, for just 1 Soul Gem, you can get him instantly.

I think i have 12 failed attempts for gentleman I've been seeing him more often. Damn moose doesnt want to show up :/

He's at that rock? I'll go there if that's the case. I'm sick of Ice characters. Gentleman rips though the shields but Freezes still tick me off.

I saw Moose a second time at the Snowy Forest, but capture failed again. I wish they would stop releasing characters like these; I don't want to use my last Soul Gem to guarantee capture.

^Ugh I was hoping Moose would be like DFR; ridiculously low encounter rate, high possession rate. But it sounds like it's ridiculously difficult to find and possess. At least you FOUND him :/

You're the second person I know who caught without SG. Everyone else needed SG. But then again "everyone else" only constitutes 3 other people. So I don't know what to think about the possession rate.
