its pure nuetral with a decent deck not sure if its 5 sgs worth since you can buy the nuetral bosses with sgs for about the same prices.

Yeah he seems like a character that could easily gain an evolution, maybe he'll evolve to the alpha one with the blade of awe. I don't think I'll be getting it for 5 SGs though, seemed like it was pure neutral.

Okay a friend called Juggernaut told me it has
1x Iron hide,3x 200 attack, 2x 500 , 3x 500 def , 2 counter ,2x power strike , 1 nuetralise and a death flow

hmmm I don't think human fisher is one of the 3 best water characters, top 5 is a question though. Interesting deck for genesis warrior.

genesis deck is very deff off if it gets a water nuetral rank up it im guessing it would play like queen agnea but with less effective healing.

Genesis gets a 6/10 for 5 hits but since it has a good outlook on getting a rank up I'll train it to 20 but for the CC build 1 iron hide 1 corruption and all 525

We think he's a decent water master, Beck.
Worth 50k gold or some searching time.

 It's pretty good for a water character the surges are a nice edition to its deck, the two power flows it has are okay, but I kind of wish one of them was a water crash, also it can be found at the lakes on the south map if you don't want to waste gold.

-Yay. A release.
-2 Healing Springs, check. 1 Fresh Start, check. 2 Defends, check. Yeah, I think it's among the the top three, if not the best with the addition of those surges. Two power flows is a small problem, but the pros may yet outweigh the cons. We don't actually have that many decent water characters; off the top of my head, I would list aqueous, YoTH, and perhaps quaztk lord and dynasty warrior (In the top five). (And maybe revonthurkey, with a bit of CC.

Kiazz: Aqueous, Quaztk Lord and Horsey. next 2 for top five, Human Fisher and either Quaztk or Dynasty Warrior.

Why quaztk lord? It only has a single healing spring, two renews that are outclassed by shields, which it lacks, and a whole lot of 200 attack cards which are at 1:1 efficiency.

Quaztk lord because, it has reasonably good healing, 2000 potential total healed life, and nice combos, which it can get off with low energy. you can just fresh start 2 200 attacks if 4 is too many to handle, and just CC defends, healingsprings and 525s if you want defence and stronger but costlier combos, attacks and heals.
a relatively strong character if used correctly.

Totals only mean something when energy use and efficiency have been accounted for. And you only need 12 for 2000 defense. 200s don't consume enough energy to warrant the use of fresh start and combos are only a guaranteed 150 for the three with an extra 150=300, or one surge. 5 hit combo is an extra 500, and 2 surge=600. You can CC the same things into human fisher and it would benefit more, given the better base deck. "Strong" is pretty subjective; I wouldn't rely on any current water characters against the champions of other elements.
