It's almost like a half oval and covered with tress on bottom.

 ^ The "gulf" formed by the trees is where (for me usually) encounters with rare characters most.

it says Soul wyvern is found in southern map lake but which lake if not all lakes?

I think I'd have better chances in the South Lake though, where I might meet Dwakel or Human Fisher again . . .
