Ok its really simple why not make lvl 30+ only be able to join factions? this is a great idea to stop alt abusers because at lvl 30+ the battles will be slower for them just like a lvl 40. and by that time it will help them get experienced in the game aswell.

Not supported.

Everyone has the right to join a faction, and everyone has the right to win dailies. Doing this will take away any lower level players fun because of a few who like breaking the rules.

 Because factions aren't designed purely for competition and high level players only. Not everyone wants to compete, but have a casual faction.

They won't restrict one of the major features because some people ruin it for others, by abusing Factions with their alts. You shouldn't need to restrict a feature because some people break the rules. Perhaps it's about fixing the rules and Factions, instead of restrictions? By fixing, I mean a system which prevents alts from joining the same faction and kicking your main, so your alt can join (and avoid breaking the rules).

 Factions don't really require any particular skills. You join/create one, make your own flag, invite people and fight.

Why would someone make a faction without getting experienced to the game and who would make a faction right away?

There are players who make factions just so they can have a private place to hang out with friends, or just so they can have their own private little club. It isn't all for just winning dailies.

Club? they can use their houses to meet up and until lvl 30 they will have more experienced which willl be better.

 No, they can't. Faction chat is one, HQ is two, and friendly competition is three.

You can also fight in PvP, so why need a Faction? You get PvP dailies.

They aren't going to restrict Factions for high level players, only because some break the rules. Perhaps let's disable PvP for everyone under L30, because they are noobs? This way, only L30+ players can play & no new players can join, whilst the rest can NPC until they get some experience against brainess NPCs.

Neither of those will happen. Common sense.

Lets Think Out of the box here factions are ment for fun not for toying around if you want to make a faction you have to either support Exile or Legion. and making a faction at lvl 30+ will be a good thing because they will have more experienced and will know how to run a faction.

 Playing whole day =/= fun, not for everyone at least. There are casual players in ED, and they make the majority of the active ED population. Near level cap players are the 'more active' minority.

It's a game after all. What's wrong in "toying around" when competitions are for those who want them, whilst others want some normal fun? It's not like casual factions will catch up to the competitive ones, will they?

 I agree with both Trans and Mother1.

It's unfair for people under level 30 to not be able to join a faction.

Plus it's just a game... Two really great points.

I could not find any people for my faction if there would be a limit for lvl 30+ characters.
