Yeah, I think the Celestial Dragon would have to be the 13 lord of order, if anything. The chaos beast would have to be something else. Maybe Gravelyn's undead dragon castle thingy? idk, sticking with the dragon theme going on.

hey now that think about it didnt during the shadowfall recent release the drolich eyes glow purple for a second?
maybe it is the beast.
that'd be pretty cool if it was like a Shadow of Colossus battle where we attack the dragon from on it slowly moving to the head to deal the final blow.

^Seeing Shadowfall as the Chaos Beast would be interesting - though it would be a shame to see it fall so quickly after rising.

From the April 22, 2012 Design Notes:

I would hope that the Chaos Beast, if AE is going for symbolism, is a Phoenix. Symbolizing death and rebirth, it would make a beautiful parallel to the end of the Chaos Saga... and the beginning of a new era.
Of course, AE's Chaos Beasts are largely derived from mythical beasts - I'm hoping the last beast is shown to be greater than any of the previous ones, and for me, the only options for a truly awe-inspiring final Beast are either the Hecatonchires... or Jormungand (the Midgard Serpent). Or something extremely large and intimidating.

Since the mirror realm is the opposite world, wouldn't that mean that whatever comes out of the Celestial egg be evil. In the game the hero is good and the opposite of good is evil. This would make sense as to why Drakath wanted the egg so badly during the Mirror Realm storyline.

As for the 13th Beast of Order. It represents the same importance to Mirror Drakath as the 13th Beast of Chaos means to Drakath (Chaos). There is also the question of what the purpose of the 13 Beast's of Order is in the mirror realm. Do they have to open the portal of Order to free the good MoM, or do they seal the portal so the MoM is sealed?

The AQW team serms to not give any explanations to these questions, meaning that there will be a big importance for these factors in the finale.

A Fenrir type beast would be neat. Is there any chance the 13th lord could be Sepulchure. I know Drakath killed him but could he be reanimated with Chaorupption?

People Order Beast 13 is shown as an Egg while Its Counterpart is also an Egg that has yet to be born also The Dracolich fortress already has a Mirror Counterpart so yeah that makes the idea invalid

The only problem with that is that the Egg in the Mirror Realm is considered our counterpart and us the counterpart of it. If that's the case it wouldn't make much sense throwing in the other egg in our realm.

A lot of people believe that either Sepulchure or Gravelyn could be the 13th Lord of Chaos. This doesn't work for a couple of reasons.

First of all Sepulchure was killed, more than once, and will not come back to life for the remainder of the 13 Lords of Chaos saga. There might be a possibility that both Sepulchure and possibly even King Alteon comes back to life after Drakath is killed/defeated. There is also the fact that his only possible Chaos Beast is Fluffy, because it seems the most legit, which was killed back in Dragonfable along with the super ultra mega dracolich of darkness.

Gravelyn also cannot become the 13th Lord of Chaos because she is the Champion of light, and the champion of any element cannot be chaorrupted. She might also be an important key to Drakath's defeat since back in AQW zombies, she was able to harm Drakath.

Finally the Flying Fortress cannot become a Chaos Beast. It is an ancient dragon that is as old as the Avatars and is equal or possibly even surpases Desoloth. It can only be defeated but never killed or Chaorrupted.

Way to make your thoughts law. Seppy could come back as anything is possible in the Chaos saga. All they need to say is "Magic" and anything becomes viable.

In the release of Altasair Q we can see how the Hero can travel to the Mirror Realm without changing places with the Celestial Dragon Egg (for a short time only). So the Celestial Dragon Egg can travel between the both Realms freely too (like the 13 Chaos Lord). I really think that the Celestial Dragon Egg will be the 13 CL. It will be difficult to defeat an oponent with the same power (or more) and if you kill him you will die too (because the realms unbalanced). So is not the hero the 13 CL but yes his counterpart.

But theres something about Chaos that i still cant understand... If Chaos is another element (like Order). Why in the Ancient Dragon Tome there are only 8 elements without Chaos and Order?

Do we really know that it can travel between both realms? We know we can but that still doesn't mean our counterpart can unless we actually see it happen. It still doesn't explain the other egg.

The other egg is the 13 Beast of Order. So we know that our counterpart egg isnt the 13 Chaos Beast or the 13 Order Beast. So the Hero isnt the 13 Chaos Beast (for the people that say that).

The Ancient Dragon Tome is only one source about elemental nature - it is possible AE have made in-game information deliberately contradictory so as to allow players to speculate on how the world works rather than simply establishing things as canon.

Now, we don't know if Champions of Elements and ancient beings can avoid Chaorruption - Desoloth IS the Prime Elements, and yet still Drakath has bent him to his will.

I think we underestimate how powerful Drakath truly is. Was AQW Zombies even canon? If not then there really hasn't been anything that can hurt him. He's definitely the most powerful thing around right now and I don't see us beating him without outside help. If the 13th Lord is anywhere near as strong we'll be in trouble.

Where was it stated to be as old as the Avatars? The Dracolich is meant to be a Great Darkness Dragon. In DragonFable, as you might know, each element had a great dragon of its element. And they CAN BE KILLED. As proven with the death or Akriloth or Cryogen the great ice dragon.
But that's beside the point: It would appear that the concept of great dragons may be heavily altered or non-existent in AQW. The most powerful dragons in AQW I believe, are the Prime Dragons and beyond them, Desoloth. Desoloth who was in fact chaorrupted.

So the dragon on which Shadowfall rests could still become a Chaos Beast.

@Omni Avatar its already been stated by alina that dragonfable, adventure quest & mech quest cannon is NOT aqw cannon
also i never stated that the other elements could get chaoruppted, i said the other champions might be able to be & from what we've seen drakath is on par with a god. he easily killed seppy, who could kill death itself. it comes down to the question, what can you consider a god? calling dessert moya a god is like calling The Master a god. if dessert moya was so omnipotent, then it shouldn't be possible to seal it off.
so if a chicken suddenly became immortal & became able to become some powerhouse with a handful of worshipers, that would make it a god?

Well, technically the events in AQWZombie doesn't happen in this timeline. However, it was revealed in that storyline, and no other story has ever referenced the fact, that Gravelyn is the Champion of Light. So unless we're saying Gravelyn is not the Champion of Light, then AQWZombie is canon and Gravelyn can somehow harm Drakath.

Drakath is powerful, but come on. He's the bad guy, we're the good guy, and we're suppose to defeat him somehow. Otherwise the 13 Lord of Chaos Story would have an anti-climatic ending, like Drakath releasing the Mother of all monsters and then running away, never to appear in Lore again. That would be a lame ending.

So we really don't know that she can hurt him if that's true. Even though people may want to believe it and the fact that shes the Champion of Light, if it's in a different timeline there's no proof that it's true yet.

think of aqw zombies as what it is, a parallel world showing what would have happened if drakath didn't show up. the events in aqw zombies are not cannon, except for the parts that refer to certain things that we're already there before the event would have taken place, such as gravelyn being the champion of light & how powerful her & her father are/was

But Gravelyn, Artix and The Hero go to the other timeline from the original one. So its true that Gravelyn is the Champion of Light.

Why in the character page of drakath changed from the chaorrupted drakath with the Champion of Chaos CLass to a Drakath with No CLass armor? http://www.aq.com/aw-character.asp?id=drakath
