There's nothing that the MoM would gain from killing Drakath. He is nearly invincible and serves her. He's willing to do anything to free her. Imagine how much more powerful and protective he will get if she actually gets set free. It won't be good for us at all.

For the Darkbloods the MoM protect all his "children" (the monsters she created).
But MoM created monsters of any element, not only chaos element. So I don't know what she wants, because she is not only with the chaos element, right? Or her only goal is to be free?

It is true that the Mother of Monsters is connected to more than just the Chaos element. She is connected to all of the elements. This means that the Mother of Monsters is almost like the Super Elemental Avatar making her like the "God" of AQW. With all of this in mind, it seems that her only purpose is to be free. There seems to be no other logical reason for her to hire Drakath. Since she is connected to all the elements that would means that she is also connected to Order making her good as well.

I think the AQW finale will involve a showdown between The Mother of Monsters and all of the elemental Avatar, yes even both Drakaths. Her power is so incredibly strong that it almost doesn't logical for the hero to battle her, even with the help of other players. She must have like 20,000,000 health and a super strong attack.

There were a lot of loose ends in terms of MoM in the Darkblood storyline. You can also note that she was not mentioned anywhere else in the game other than the 1st,2nd or 3rd design note and darkblood. If everyone goes back to the first couple of design notes, you will read something about the Mother of Monsters being sealed away by the Primal Elemental Dragons (before Desoloth).

We have no proof that MoM is the actual creator of all monsters. It could simply be a title like GoTs "Mother of Dragons".
We have only the Darkblood's testimony that this former Human girl is the "Mother of Monsters" -- And the Darkblood (who consider themselves to be monsters) are the only race we know of who worship her.
TBH I'm not even sure that the Darkblood are even "Monsters". In their past some Darkblood were savage enough to raid villages and eat it's inhabitants. IRL, Humans also did the same primitive, savage acts.
The Darkblood's society has progressed beyond such "monstrous" practices and now have a more civilized society.
So, if "MoM" is nothing more than a title bestowed upon her by the worshippers one society, then she is Not connected to all elements.

I agree that the Hero and his friends can't beat both Drakath and MoM. So that leaves us with 1 of 3 scenarios that I can think of: (1) We beat Drakath before he opens the Portal (2) MoM is not prone to Evil like Drakath is and so helps us put him down, like one would a rabid animal. (3) Drakath and MoM turn on each other. Since this is AQW, there might be another scenario: a Joke ending: something like Aria tames MoM or Cysero blows everything up with a sponge bomb. Hope the staff don't do anything dumb like that -- but who knows?

I think that MoM ordered Drakath to free her with the 13 Chaos Beasts, but Drakath with his own plans did that more destructive and making everybody suffer and die. Then MoM will take back Drakath to normality, without chaos.

Questions:
- Why the Primal Elemental Dragons sealed MoM?
- Mirror Drakath with his power of Order can cure the people chaorrupted? (not Lords of Chaos (maybe), not Drakath)
- If there are 13 Beasts of Order, there is also a counterpart of MoM in the Mirror Realm? (like a Father of all Monsters)?

i'll laugh if drakath makes a purple giga slave when he unlocks MoM

Anyways, I think that some chaos lords will return, and the golden weapons are probably going to a shop.

I am also wondering why the Primal Elemental Dragons sealed the Mother of Monsters away. Since this was mentioned in practically the first design note, pertaining to the story, the MoM would have had a huge influence on the game. She can almost be considered the puppet master while Drakath and his 13 Lords of Chaos are the puppets. Ledgermayne even talks about the 13 Lords of Chaos being "the master's puppets". Although Ledgermayne did speak a lot in the 3rd person, it's interesting how he said "the master" instead of Drakath. This could signify that Drakath is also a tool. Maybe, the MoM made Drakath the Avatar of Chaos only so he could create Chaos Lords that would create Chaos Beasts. Maybe, after the 13th Chaos Beast has been slain and all of the runes light up on the portal of Chaos, the Mother will strip Drakath of his powers and he will revert back to what he was before he become the Avatar of Chaos.

About the Mother's counterpart in the Mirror realm. It is possible that there is a counterpart to the Mother, however it is highly unlikely. I'm basing this off the fact that the hero's counterpart in the mirror world is an egg. It's not even a hatched egg!

I know a lot of you believe that the item "Dad's Medal" has something to do with the Father of Monsters in the mirror realm. I would just like to clarify that the armor on Drakath's Character page is his father's (King Slugwrath) armor that was consumed by Chaos. It has nothing to do with the so called "Father of Monsters". You can also know this because if you check Drakath's Character page often, which I do very often, you can see that the names of his items keep changing but always look the same. Not to mention that none of the items on his Character page exist on the wiki. Seriously! If you try clicking an item it will send you to a page that claims not to exist.

I just discovered something. Remember this design notes. It says (and I'm quoting):

If she saw the hero fighting the thirteenth chaos lord that means we can't be the thirteenth chaos lord.

the "Dad's Medal" item refers to the medal Drakath keeps that belonged to HIS father, the former King Slugwrath, who ruled over Swordhaven before Alteon dethroned him, which leads to the animosity Drakath held towards Alteon.

@Neilandio maybe we were fighting ourselves, like in the water orb saga in DF, or maybe we were fighting our chaorruption, anyways, that doesn't excludes the possibility that the hero is the 13th lord of chaos.s

Maybe the egg is supposed to represent the Hero in the way that the Hero hasn't reached their full potential yet and that the egg will hatch once that happens?
