Fourth, the former reason would lead to an incredibly meta event, a la AE's 10th birthday anniversary, which, in my opinion, is totally unnecessary (though, given the current trends, is an alarmingly plausible possibility).

Lastly, why are we limiting ourselves to living creatures? For all we know, the egg could contain an item, say, a weapon, a location, an event, or even an idea. The possibilities are endless, and all of these are true unless proven wrong (i.e., the egg hatches).

Sorry for the jargon. I've been delving into a lot of Nasuverse lately.

It was never stated the eternal dragon of time will hatch from the celestial egg in the mirror realm.

Eternal Dragon of Time hatching from an egg... i didn't realize we where hatching a dialga in the Sinjoh Ruins. i guess gold is the last chaos lord

There's no reason for them to say that it's rumored to be the Eternal. Dragon if it isn't. It's also rumored to be tons of other things and for them to single it out means it probably will be the Dragon.

WATCH THE CUTSCENE: Heal The Chaos Lord (found at Golem Warlic in /aqlesson)

If you look back to The Mysterious Stranger from Dragonfable you will notice that him and the mysterious figure in this video look the same. This mysterious figure is confirmed to be MoM.

Except you can see Pulpy's face.

I still really doubt the MS' s gonna have a role here because of the mere fact that it's the most predictable thing that can happen right now. Only worked for DF because we literally never saw the MS get involved in anything up until the finale.

I don't understand, where was it confirmed that he/she/it is MoM?

Although the shadowy figure said that he/she/it will rise along with chaos, that doesn't seem to align with how Drakath plans on unleashing MoM. We don't know why, but Drakath depends on the hero to help him release the chaos beasts and subsequently defeat them. The mysterious figure said he wants the hero to fail, while MoM and Drakath wants the hero to succeed.

To be fair, he basically was the MS of the StarWars universe.

I really need to do the player created stories soon. I just didn't have the time for the past couple weeks and I'm already confused here. And I'm pretty sure it was said long before by Alina that the MS will play no part in AQW. Or at least not for now.

Sometimes I wonder if the chaos eyes that grow on everything is the main source of chaorruption that MoM can control from. Or simply simple devices of spying.

From the way Alina has Mount Doomskull labeled it really seems like Drakath is going to be the 13th lord even though that seems impossible.

Desolich was brought back from the dead by Drakath's Chaos Magic. Last I checked, a Chaos Beast was just a beast of immense power infused with Chaos. That describes Desolich to a t.

That's what I'm saying. That's my argument for why Drakath probably isn't the 13th chaos lord.

I'm saying that Drakath can't be the 13th Chaos lord because when he rose Desolich from the dead, no rune lit up, despite the fact that Deso was infused with a ton of chaos magic, and it was one of the most powerful beasts of Lore, two things that would more than qualify it for chaos beast status. If Drakath could raise that, and it not be a Chaos Beast needed to unlock the rune, then there is almost no way Drakath is a chaos lord.

Of course, the staff can always write it off with some random rule they never mentioned up to this point, like the beast must be living, or each rune pertains to a certain beast, and desolich didn't qualify (which would be a bit too TMNT for me).
